Volunteers
We will be relying on our volunteers to help us put on the event in 2012, as we have since we started the event in 1999. Volunteers are even more important from this year because we will be open on Sunday for the first time, so we need new volunteers to come forward in addition to our regular helpers. We do offer all of our volunteers vouchers that can be redeemed with many of the traders at the food festival – so there IS such a thing as a 'free lunch'!
Competitors
This year we will be running competitions in many areas of the Festival for the first time. We will be running events and activities on the River Teifi, in the cookery marquee and in the entertainment area.top of page
Sponsors
If you would like to show your support for Cardigan River & Food Festival there are many opportunities to become involved as a sponsor. You could provide a prize for our raffle or awards for one of our competitions. You could directly support an aspect of the Festival – on the river, in the Cookery Marquee, in the Entertainment Marquee or the Riverside Performance Area.
Most sponsorship opportunities need not be very costly, but they will provide the potential for good publicity and promotion of your business or organisation.
