cardigan river & food festival 2012 - 11 & 12 aug
Cookery demonstrations are one of our most popular attractions and will feature presentations from some well known and local chefs.
This year our chefs will be showcasing their favourite recipes using our local award-winning produce, which you will be able to buy from our extensive Food Market in the upper car park area.
Also, for the first time in 2012, you will be able to sample some of our chefs' dishes and talk with them in our 'Chefs' Quarter' – see how it's done and pick up some tips!
Cookery competitions are also planned as a new feature for this year's festival and we will be looking for sponsors as the event gets nearer.
